GET /api/v1/ lists search. GET /api/v1/search?q= returns ranked public catalog records for tenant_axiora. An empty match is HTTP 200 with data []. A missing q is HTTP 400 invalid_query. If the index file is absent, GET /api/v1/ does not list search as an available resource and a query returns HTTP 503 search_unavailable and no hits. RAG stays Preview. The free scan does not build a search corpus.
